These operators lease capacity to hyperscalers — when Google, Microsoft, or AWS announces a campus in your area, the building may carry a different name on the permit. The environmental footprint belongs to the facility, not the tenant's brand. Ask the operator, not just the tenant, for their PUE, water, and emissions data.
